Charter for the Partnership Advisory Council (PAC)
Purpose: The Partnership Advisory Council (PAC) is a collaborative group of institutional administrators dedicated to helping Nelnet Campus Commerce (NCC) assess and enhance third-party partnerships. The council provides input on the viability of existing partnerships, identifies new opportunities, and advises on strategic collaborations to better serve institutions and their constituents.
Objectives:
- Evaluate Current Partnerships: Provide feedback on the relevance and effectiveness of existing third-party solutions.
- Identify New Opportunities: Recommend innovative solutions aligned with emerging institutional needs and market trends.
- Expand Collaboration: Advise on partnerships that enhance institutional success and align with NCC’s strategic direction.
- Leverage Community Engagement: Facilitate discussions and share insights using the Quad to strengthen communication and collaboration.
Membership:
- The PAC will include 8-12 members representing a variety of roles
- Members will serve one-year terms, with the potential for renewal based on engagement and mutual agreement.
Meetings and Engagement:
- Engagement will primarily occur within the Quad, fostering regular communication and collaboration.
- Quarterly virtual meetings will be held, with additional discussions as needed.
Deliverables:
- Regular contributions and feedback through the Quad to shape NCC’s partnership strategies.
- Recommendations for prioritizing and pursuing new partnership opportunities.

- Influence over the development and enhancement of third-party solutions that benefit their institutions.
